2.move your knees in circles 
3.move yourshoulders in circles 
4.move your wrist in circles 
Once we did the first warm up, we started the specific one that consist in do lateral jumps, run going up the legs until the hips and run moving your arms in circles. 

And finally we did the stretching warm up that as the name says you have to stretch. We started stetching the fingers, the the legs and the hips.


PERSONAL TACTICS 
Well to improve the personal tactics I prepared lots of games to improve your skills so I am going to explain the activities that I did.
1. THE FLOATER. this is a type of serve so you have tohold the ball in front of you, ready the hitting hand, swing you serving arm back next to your head, throw the ball into the air and hit the ball with the hell of your dominant hand. 
2.THE UNDERHAND SERVE. you have to hold the ball in the hand opposite from the hitting hand and hit the ball. 
3.JUMP SERVE. This is a very advanced type of serve and it should only be used at high skill levels. You have to throw the ball in the air, jump and hit the ball.

COLLECTIVE TACTICS 
To improve the collective tacticts I prepared a faint 

Here we did a faint and I am going to try to explain how we did it. 
To do this faint you need 4 people, one who do the serve and 3 who do the faint, the person who is alone have to pass the ball and who recive the ball have topass back and the second person do the same as the first. The third person have to pass the ball to the first and this have to throw into the air for second person that have to do a smash.


COOL DOWN 

In the cool down you have to relax your muscles so we did some stretchs and more relax activities

Hello guys! Today i am going to show you my P.E project.
This project was an amazing experience because it is  like have your own students and feel like you are a teacher.
I have prepared a session that has warm up, games and cool down.





WARM UP
I have prepared 3 types of warm up, the first was the general warm upand consist in moving the parts of your body .
