SECOND SESION :


RUNNING SESION : In a running sesion you have to do a warm up. In this warm up you have to rotate your knees , then move your arms , and run aroun 2 minutes at you 20 % .
The main activity is running as far as you cab in you rhythm.
You can do intervals, for example you run 15 minutes and then walk 3 minutes
